It is now a matter of hours/days untill Barça comes for Cesc Fabregas which if they agree stage payments could easily be achieved.
Whether he stays or leaves it is time to search for a new captain for Arsenal. Van Persie comes ahead as favorite but i wonder if Thomas Vermaelen would be a better option?

Also, it woudn't surprise me that he would give it to Nasri to stop him from leaving..

guy u have really got it spot on, did u watch the few games he played at the end of the season? that guy should be captain but knowing arsene that would not happen, we all saw what he did to kolo

It has to be Robin for sure. he is a Gooner in his heart and is proud of wearing this shirt. I can't see anyone else with his history and attitude in recent years

vermalen or v persie or arsene can keep it for himself.I think the problem with arsenal is arsene and not the boys.He doesn,t inspie them anymore
