Juan Mata is very close to being a Arsenal player. If the transaction is not closed yet it's because two other english clubs, one of which is Tottenham have submitted an offer in recent days that are interesting enough for the player's father, his representative, to analyze all the pros and cons of each.

The buyout clause is 20, but in reality his contract with the Valencian club lets Mata start negotiating his way out from 15 million.
