Jonathan Tehoue scored a late stunner to earn Leyton Orient a 1-1 draw against Arsenal in their FA Cup fifth round tie at Brisbane Road.

The substitute skipped past two defenders and hammered a low shot into the net on 89 minutes to earn the League One side a replay at the Emirates Stadium.

Tomas Rosicky had given Arsenal a 53rd-minute lead and the visitors dominated proceedings, but they were punished for their failure to finish the game off.

The Orient players and fans celebrated the final whistle like they had won the cup, and should they produce an even greater shock in the replay they will travel to Old Trafford to faceManchester United in the sixth round.

Arsene Wenger made 10 changes from the team that beat Barcelona 2-1 last week, with only Alex Song remaining, but his team looked in total control after an initial flurry of activity from the home side.

Stephen Dawson fired off an early sighter for Orient in the second minute, and his 25-yard stinger was initially fumbled by Manuel Almunia before the Spaniard dived on it at the second attempt.

Charlie Daniels then went close with a rasping 30-yarder that rose a foot or so over Almunia's crossbar.

Arsenal completed six passes for every one managed by Orient, and it was inevitable that the chances would start to come.

Andrei Arshavin, fresh from his heroics against Barcelona, tested Jamie Jones with a 20-yarder, and screwed another shot wide.

Marouane Chamakh, making a rare strart after losing his place to Robin van Persie, was presented with a gift-wrapped chance by Kieran Gibbs, who rolled a low cross into his path.

The goal gaped in front of the Moroccan, who somehow contrived to slice his shot well wide, failing to score his first goal since November.

It fell to Rosicky to open the scoring with his first goal in 43 Arsenal matches, stooping to guide a precise header inside the left-hand post from a Nicklas Bendtner cross.

Orient looked tired from chasing their technically-superior opponents, and Arsenal should have added to their lead.

Arshavin teed up Rosicky with a neat pull-back from the right, but the Czech brought a sharp double save from Jones.

What chances Orient had fell to Alex Revell, who volleyed wide from the edge of the box, and fired a shot into the face of Sebastien Squillaci.

A minute before the equaliser, Arshavin grazed the post with a low 20-yard shot, but the home side survived and it was left to Tehoue to provide the late magic.

Receiving possession 30 yards out, he beat the dual challenge of Gibbs and debutant Ignasi Miquel, and fired a low shot through the legs of Manuel Almunia as Brisbane Road exploded with joy.
