Everton have rejected a £11million bid from Arsenal for Phil Jagielka!
The Gunners have been linked with a host of central defenders this summer and Arsene Wenger has now turned his attention back to Jagielka, having tried to sign the England international last year.
David Moyes, however, is under no pressure to sell the 28-year-old, who only signed a new four-year contract with Everton last year, and rates the former Sheffield United star closer to £20million.
